Thin spots in a columns pipe are highly vulnerable to failure. Our computerized laser measurement rigs continuously monitor the pipe outer walls online 24/7 to guarantee perfectly balanced, uniform concentricity.
Sample pipes from every batch are directly subjected to intensive hydrostatic burst analysis up to 3 times their normal pressure rating classes to certify absolute safety margin limits.
Our Wada facility represents class-leading infrastructure investment. We run automated material silos, computer dry-blend mixing towers, a fleet of 18 high-capacity twin-screw extruder units, and a dedicated testing lab verifying concentric walls integrity.
