Wada Extrusion Facility & Infrastructure

We run an integrated heavy industrial complex in Wada, Palghar District, Maharashtra. Housing a dedicated setup of 18 high-speed, microprocessor-controlled twin-screw extruders operating 24 hours a day to output extreme hydraulic-rated column tubes and agriculture irrigation pipes.

Micro-Mettered Blends

A computerized Central Dry-Blend Station automatically doses raw resins, impact modifiers, and organic pigment sets, keeping wall profiles uniform.

Concentric Calibrators

Swiss-engineered vacuum sizing chambers and water sleeves lock pipe diameters down to 0.05mm margin profiles continuously.

Hydrostatic Crush Beds

In-situ computerized hydraulic press chambers continuously load-test polymer batches at 3.5x working parameters.

Pneumatic Batching

Raw premium PVC resins and organic stabilizers are pumped pneumatically into heavy high-speed thermocool mixers to build a perfectly distributed, lump-free dry blend complex.

Conical Extrusion Melt

Conical Counter-Rotating twin-screws compress and heat the compound under precise digital thermistors. This transforms polymer chains into an extremely fluid, high-integrity homogenous melt.

Laser Calibration

Melted PVC channels through vacuum sizing cylinders. An online laser micrometer continuously measures concentric parameters during spray cooling.

Laser Marking & Cuts

Fully cooled pipelines are automatically stamped with ISI batch tracking and length increments. High-speed automatic cutters divide them at standard 6m measurements.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing: Subjected to 55kg/cm² pressure profiles up to 100 hours.
Acetone Resistance checks: Immersed inside chemical baths to guarantee complete chemical fusion.
Flatness Crush Checks: Subjected to vertical load impacts to ensure flexible resiliency over brittle splitting.
